Financing Your Treatment
We can help! While our office is happy to process your dental benefits claims as a courtesy service for you, we require at least your estimated co-payment (estimated fee minus estimated dental benefits coverage) at the time of treatment. The patient is ultimately responsible for any charges their dental benefits company does not pay.
