Our front office will assist you with any questions you may have regarding your insurance benefits. For your convenience we will confirm appointment with email, phone calls, and post cards. Our hygienists compliment our pursuit of patient education. They are dedicated to the prevention of gum disease and spend a great deal of time helping our patients understand exactly what is needed to maintain a clean mouth and healthy gums.

RYAN M. FOX D.D.S., P.L.L.C.
Ryan M. Fox D.D.S., P.L.L.C. grew up in Richland, WA where he graduated from Richland High School. He continued his education at the University of Washington and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Cell and Molecular Biology and a Minor in Chemistry. Upon graduating, Dr. Fox spent one year working and traveling the East Coast of the United States and parts of Europe. He returned to Seattle to continue his education at the prestigious University of Washington School of Dentistry. Dr. Fox has been practicing dentistry in Kirkland, WA for the past 10 years. He has been passionate about staying current with the ever changing field of dentistry. Dr. Fox practices comprehensive and evidence based dentistry. He is concerned about each and every patient’s overall health as well as preserving and enhancing the function and aesthetics of their dentition. To deliver his patients the latest and most convenient services available, the office has embraced many of the most advanced technologies dentistry has to offer. Some of these technologies include: digital radiography, intraoral/extraoral photography, email/text scheduling, Invisalign (clear braces), CEREC (in-office, same day crowns).
Amanda Spivey, D.D.S.
Amanda Spivey, D.D.S. grew up in Northwest Indiana, about 30 minutes south of downtown Chicago. She attended Indiana University Bloomington where she received a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry and a Business certificate. Dr. Spivey then moved to Chicago and worked in multiple dental offices leading up to studying at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry.
Upon graduation from dental school, Dr. Spivey found her way to the Pacific Northwest via the Swedish Medical Center General Practice Residency – a year-long, hospital-based residency program. During her residency year, she had advanced training in medically complex patients, oral surgery, dental implant placement, and various sedation techniques. She has continued her service with Swedish Medical Center as an Attending Dentist with the residency program.
Dr. Spivey has been practicing for over 5 years in the Seattle area. Drs. Fox and Spivey met in 2015 when they were both elected as new members to the Executive Council of the Seattle King County Dental Society. In addition to being involved with her profession, she is a very conscientious clinician and understands people’s innate fears of the dentist. She has worked at numerous community health centers in order to give back to the neighborhoods in Chicago, Denver, and Seattle. Amanda and her husband, Chris, got married in September 2015 at the Trinity Tree Farm in Issaquah; they have a dog adopted from the Kaua’i Humane Society named Völkl. Her interests outside of dentistry include yoga, skiing, traveling, dancing, road-biking, cooking, and most other activities that allow her to be in the great outdoors!
